Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 29, 2025
1. Information We Collect
- Crash logs – stack traces plus anonymous device and app
metadata (model, iOS version, app version) sent to Firebase Crashlytics
when a crash occurs.
- Advertising data – device identifiers
(Identifier for Advertisers – IDFA, if you tap “Allow”),
approximate location (derived from IP address), and anonymous
ad-interaction events collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK.
- Optional purchase data – non-personal transaction
identifiers from Apple if you buy Pro + in a future release.
We do not collect names, e-mail addresses, contacts,
precise GPS location, photos, microphone or camera data, or general
usage analytics unrelated to ads.
1a. Advertising & Third-Party Data
Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) displays banner and
interstitial ads. The SDK uses the data listed above to:
- Serve personalized ads when you grant consent (EEA/UK)
and allow tracking (ATT prompt).
- Serve non-personalized, contextual ads otherwise.
- Generate aggregated diagnostics that help us measure ad performance and
detect fraud.
Ad processing is governed by the
Google Ads Privacy & Terms.
We do not share any first-party data such as trades or
watchlists with Google.
2. How We Use the Information
- Identify and resolve crashes.
- Maintain and improve overall stability and security.
- Show relevant ads and limit ad frequency.
- Verify in-app purchases and restore them on additional devices (future release).
We never sell or rent your data to anyone.
3. Data Storage & Security
Crash logs and ad diagnostics are processed on secure Google servers in the
U.S. and retained for up to 90 days. We do not host personal data on our
own servers.
4. Your Choices
- Delete local data: uninstalling the app removes all
trades, watchlists and cached files stored on your device.
- Request deletion of Firebase diagnostics: e-mail
pacfordia@gmail.com with your
device’s Identifier-for-Vendor (IDFV); we will erase associated crash
logs within 30 days.
Apple may collect anonymous crash reports if the iOS analytics switch is
enabled. These reports contain no personal identifiers and cannot be deleted by
us.
4a. Ad Choices
- iOS Tracking: You can allow or deny ad tracking at any
time in Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Tracking.
- EEA/UK users: On first launch we show a Google consent
dialog where you can opt into personalized ads,
non-personalized ads, or an ad-free experience. You can
revisit this choice in the app under
Settings ▸ Ads Preferences.
5. Children’s Privacy
The app is rated 12+ on the App Store and is not
directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from anyone under 13. If a parent or guardian believes such
information has been collected, please contact us and we will delete it
promptly.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect functional or legal changes. Any
revisions will appear at this URL with an updated “Last updated” date.
